Create a Role-holder Relationship

Role-holder Relationships are a requirement for Personalised Referral Forms.

  • They allow you to state which Relationship Titles can be applied to the contacts who hold certain Roles when a visitor is creating several related contacts using a Personalised Referral Form.

Requirements

In order to create Role-holder Relationships your organisation must:

  1. Have at least one Contact Role

  2. Have at least one Relationship Category

Steps

  1. Go to the Manage Contacts page

  2. Press the More Options button

  3. Select Role holder Relationships in the dropdown menu

  4. You arrive on the Manage Role-holder Relationships page

  5. Press the Create a Role holder Relationship button

  6. You arrive on the Create Role-holder Relationship page

  7. Step 1: Select the two Roles (they can be the same)

  8. Step 2: Select a Relationship Category

  9. Once you have selected a Relationship Category, the page expands to show Step 3

  10. Step 3: Select the Relationship Title(s) that contacts in those Roles can have in a Relationship of that type

  11. Press save

  12. You return to the Role holder Relationships page
