Set the level of Multiple Choice options in a Contact Form

Steps

  1. Go to the Manage Contact Forms page

  2. Select Edit for the Contact Form you need to edit

  3. Find the field that you want to change the Multiple Choice option of (e.g. Business in this example)

  4. Press the number next to the field

    1. By default, all Multiple Choice fields are set to Single Choice. This means that when using the Form, a user can only select one option for that contact. As such, the number displayed is “1”

    2. When a Multiple Choice field has been set to Unlimited Choice, the infinity symbol [∞] is displayed

    3. When a Multiple Choice field has been set to Limited Choice, the number displayed is the limit that the user chose

  5. Pressing the number launches the popup

  6. In the popup there are three options. Choose the type of Multiple Choice you want to have on this form

  7. Limited Multiple Choice lets you decide how many options a user can choose. You can enter any number between 1 and the number of Answer Choices in that List field

  8. Press submit to save and close the popup

  9. Press Submit to save the updated Contact Form
