Definitions

• Outcomes: these are the big changes you want to see happen, i.e.

  • Changes in how people think (attitudes / knowledge)

  • Changes in what people do (behaviour)

  • Changes in what people have (wellbeing, wealth, health, relationships, quality of life, performance)

• Progress Trackers: these are the things you can objectively look at to judge whether progress is happening or not. You might already call them Indicators and Outputs. On Makerble you can choose between:

  • Activity Trackers

  • Attendance Trackers

  • Multiple Choice Trackers

  • Achievement Trackers

  • Numerical Trackers
