Manage your Audiences (Contact Roles)

If an Audience (formerly Roles) has been assigned to a contact, you cannot delete it

You can rename any a audience (formerly Roles) whether it has been assigned to a Contact or not. To rename an audience, simply click the Edit button as outlined below:

Steps

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Contacts

  3. Press the More Options button

  4. Select Contact an audiences

  5. You arrive on the Manage Audiences for Contacts page

From here you can

  • Edit an Audiences (formerly Roles) - i.e. rename it

  • Delete an Audience (formerly Roles) - however you cannot delete a Contact audience if it has been assigned to a contact
