When someone goes to a Manage Page where they set up functionality, for example, the Manage Contact Roles page, most users are confused because they don’t understand what that functionality does. Hence, each Manage Page includes a section dedicated to graphics, videos, and explanatory text to enhance user understanding.

 Instructions

  1. Located on the top right side of each Manage page is a toggle: Show/Hide Guidance.

  2. Activating the toggle will expand a section with the necessary graphic, video, and explanatory text for the page.

  3. Makerble will automatically expand this section to display the graphic, video, and explanation text for first-time users.

  4. Users have the option to minimize the explanation section by clicking either the x-close button or the Hide Guidance toggle.

  5. Users can Click the Show Guidance toggle to expand the section from the collapsed state.

When users expand or collapse the Show/Hide Guidance option, Makerble remembers that they have expanded the section or collapsed it on that page.
