Manage your Tasks

You can see an overview of Tasks assigned to you and your colleagues by going to the Manage Tasks page

  • The Manage Tasks table displays the details of each task

Steps

  1. Select My Apps

  2. Choose Tasks

  3. You arrive on the Manage Tasks page

  4. From here you can

    1. Create a Task

    2. Edit a Task

    3. Mark a Task as Done

    4. See Done tasks

How to mark a Task as Done

  • Simply tick the checkbox next to the Task to mark it as Done

 

How to see Tasks that are Done

  1. You always start off on the To Do tab

  2. Select the Done tab on the Tasks pane

  3. You arrive on the Done tab
