Get Started with Custom Forms

The Manage Custom Forms page gives you access to the two types of Custom Form:

• Custom Forms for Contacts

• Case Forms (also called Custom Forms for Cases)

For Contacts

• Turn on Custom Forms for Contacts

• Manage your Custom Forms

• Create a Custom Form for Contacts

• Assign a Custom Form for Contacts to a project

• Edit a Custom Form for Contacts
