You can create, edit, share, embed, deactivate and reactivate your Public Forms from the Manage your Public Forms page.

Steps

1. Go to My Apps in the top menu

2. Select Contacts

3. On the Contacts page, select the More Options menu

4. Select Public Signup Forms

   Open

   

5. You arrive on the Public Signup Forms page which displays each of your Public Signup Forms

   Open

   

Actions you can do from this page

• Create a Referral Page

• Embed a Signup Page in a website powered by Wordpress, Squarespace, Drupal or another CMS (content management system)

• Get a link to a Signup Page (external referral form)
