Survey Response Rates over time, itemised per contact
Stay on top of all your longitudinal research
You can track survey response rates in detail - enabling you to see how many responses to a particular survey have been collected for each contact over time.
To get started, add your Survey to a Progress Board by clicking Add to Board on the Create or Edit Progress Board page
Then open your Progress Board in Analytics view and select the tab for that Survey
Track survey responses per contact
See the number of survey responses that have been collected for each contact from each category of respondent, i.e. from
Colleagues: when your signed-in users (e.g. Changemakers and Managers) submit a survey response about a contact
Contacts: when someone completes a survey that is sent to them using one of the below methods, the response is saved to a contact profile in your CRM
when you send individually tracked survey links to contacts in your CRM,
when you send tracked survey links to a set of email addresses
when you share a Universal survey link (i.e. which anyone with the link can complete).
Perspective Providers: when a 360° observer completes a survey about one of your contacts

Switch to the Table to see the results itemised per category of respondent
Click a number to see the paper trail
Click a number to see a popup containing links to the relevant survey response(s) and contact profiles.
