Access survey results using the Survey Analytics page

The Survey Analytics page allows you to analyse results of one survey across one or more projects at once.

There are several ways to access the Survey Analytics page

From the My Apps menu

This option is only available to Project Managers and Organisation Admins.

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Surveys

  3. You arrive in the Surveys App

  4. Select Analyse Results

  5. You arrive on the Survey Analytics page

  6. Select the survey you want to analyse in the Surveys section

  7. Select the arrow next to the Areas title

  8. It expands to show a list of albums and projects with checkboxes next to them

  9. Select the projects (or albums) that you want to analyse survey responses from

  10. Press the Area arrow to collapse the list

  11. The page automatically updates to show charts for the questions and tables for any text fields and attachment fields

  12. Press the Display Chart button to display the additional charts

  1. On clicking the name of the metric, it redirects to the Metric show page.

  2. On clicking the name of the outcome, it redirects to the Metric show page for that Outcome.
