The Survey Analytics page allows you to analyse results of one survey across one or more projects at once.

There are several ways to access the Survey Analytics page

How to get to Multi-project Analysis

Use the Side Menu

1. In the Side Menu: select Surveys → Multi-project Analysis

2. You arrive on Multi-project Analysis

From a Master Survey

1. If you’re already looking at a Master Survey, click the Actions menu

   Open

   

2. Within the Multi-project Analysis section: choose Questions Grid

   Open

   

Use the My Apps menu

1. Select My Apps in the top menu

2. Select Surveys

3. You arrive in the Surveys App

4. Select Analyse Results

   Open

   

5. You arrive on the Survey Analytics page

   Open

   

How it works

1. Select the survey you want to analyse in the Surveys section

2. Select the arrow next to the Areas title

   Open

   

3. It expands to show a list of albums and projects with checkboxes next to them

   Open

   

4. Select the projects (or albums) that you want to analyse survey responses from

5. Press the Area arrow to collapse the list

   Open

   

6. The page automatically updates to show charts for the questions and tables for any text fields and attachment fields

7. Press the Display Chart button to display the additional charts

   Open

   

Shortcuts on the page

• Text in blue is clickable and typically opens a new tab containing that content

1. On clicking the name of the metric, it redirects to the Metric show page.

2. On clicking the name of the outcome, it redirects to the Metric show page for that Outcome.
