You can see how the distribution of answers to a survey question has changed over time.

• This shows the most recent response from each contact within that month

Start by opening the Card Popup

1. Go to the Progress Board containing the Multiple Choice Tracker on the project(s) you are analysing

2. Click the title of the Multiple Choice Tracker

   Open

   

3. This causes the Card Popup to launch

Explore the data

Set the time period for the x-axis

You can change the time period shown in the x-axis

1. Select Months (green arrow)

2. Choose a new time period from the dropdown list

3. The chart adjusts accordingly

Switch between table and chart view

1. Select the Table radio button to view the data as a table

2. Use the buttons to

   1. Export the data as a CSV file

   2. View it in full screen

3. Press the Escape key on your keyboard to leave Full Screen mode
