You can create an Automation which is triggered whenever a contact gives a particular answer to a survey question.

How to set it up

1. Select Create in the top menu and choose Automations

2. Choose your project

3. In the Criteria scroll down until you see the Survey and under the survey, the verdicts that are available

   Open

   

4. In the This field: select the Answer Choice that you want to trigger the automation

5. Now you can add Actions that will be done to contacts who have achieved that verdict in their survey

6. Once you are done, press Save
