Automation Criteria: Survey Verdict is

You can create an Automation which is triggered whenever a contact achieves a particular Verdict as a result of the answers they have given in a survey.

What are Survey Verdicts?

  • Survey Verdicts are a way to summarise a person’s answers to a survey

  • In short, the way it works is this:

    • You assign points to each Answer Choice in a Multiple Choice Question

      • For example, if the Question is Rate your confidence and the answer choices are High, Medium and Low, you can assign points so that if you answer

        • High = 3 points

        • Medium = 2 points

        • Low = 1 point

    • Then you can create a formula to calculate the final score for that respondent based on their answers to all the questions in the survey.

    • Then you can assign verdicts when respondents' answers fall between particular scoring thresholds.

      • For example, if your total score is

        • between 90 and 100, your verdict is Distinction

        • between 80 and 90, your verdict is Merit

        • between 60 and 80, your verdict is Pass

        • between 0 and 60, your verdict is Fail
