Add a shared Wave to a survey campaign

Add a shared Wave to a survey campaign

You can add a shared Wave to a survey campaign - this lets you display different versions of the same survey and categorise responses according to the point in your process at which you collect them.

Steps

  1. Go to the Survey Campaign page.

    1. If you don’t know how to do that, read Access a Survey Campaign

  2. Select More Options and in the dropdown menu that appears: choose Waves and Settings

  3. You arrive on the Survey Campaign’s Settings page

  4. Scroll down to the Enable waves section

  5. Select Shared

  6. The survey’s Shared Waves will appear

  7. Press Save

  8. That’s it. Now you can select this wave when collecting survey responses whether via

    1. A shareable link that anyone can open

    2. A unique survey link sent to a contact

    3. A unique 360° survey link sent to a contact’s observer

    4. A survey completed by a signed-in-user
