Quick Guide: Create a new field while creating a Contact Form
You can create new fields while creating a Contact Form.

Fields you can create
Attachment fields.
Date fields.
Number fields (these are different to Progress Trackers).
Sections (these are not fields that data is entered into but they are created from the Create New Field popup).
Text fields.
Telephone Number fields. These ensure that people enter the Country Code when saving a phone number.
Time fields.
Ward fields (these are Postcode fields with a Ward Lookup).
Steps
Select My Apps in the top menu
Scroll across until you see the Contact Forms App
Press the Contact Forms button
You arrive on the Manage Contact Forms page
Press the New Contact Form button
You arrive on the New Contact Form page
Give the Contact Form a name
Select the Add New Field button
A popup loads
Use the Choose the type of new field radio button to select the type of field you want to create
Give the field a name
Select an Owner Type - choose Organisation
Set Privacy as Organisation Leaders & Editors
Press Save
That field is now created and you will see it
