Contact Forms are also known as

  • Beneficiary Categories

  • Contact Categories

Contact Forms App

This page sits at an organisation level. It shows you the Contact Forms that exist within your Organisation (charity)

How to get there

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Scroll across until you see the Contact Forms app

  3. Select that button

  4. You arrive in the Contact Forms app. This page lets you manage your Contact Forms.

 

Field view

  • Field view displays a column for each of the fields that appear in your Contact Forms

  • Scroll across the table to see the full set of fields you are using

  • Press the Download button to download this table as a csv file

  • The cog at the end of each row gives you options to

    • Edit a Contact Form

    • Deactivate a Contact Form
