Create a survey with only the default questions

Steps

  1. Click Create in the top menu

  2. Place your mouse over Show More Options

  3. The menu extends to the side

  4. Select Survey

  5. You arrive on the Create Survey page

  6. Name the survey

  7. Scroll to the bottom and press Save

  8. You arrive on the survey template page
