Create a survey by creating the metrics first
You can create a survey by first creating the metrics and then adding them to the survey.
Alternatively you can create the survey questions from within the survey editor itself
The only drawback of doing this it this way is if you have any multiple choice questions that use shared answer choices. If you need this, create those questions as metrics first
Makerble has a survey questions library which means that if the same question is used in multiple surveys, you do not need to create it multiple times, you can simply create it once.
Steps
Create a Multiple Choice Progress Tracker for each multiple choice question in the survey.
However, where there are questions that have the same set of Answer Choices, follow these steps to
Create an Achievement Tracker or Attendance Tracker for every tick box question in the survey (If you are unsure which option to choose, read this article)
Create a Numerical Tracker for every numerical entry question in the survey (i.e. a question where a number is entered for the person, e.g. “How many minutes did you jog for today?”
Add the Multiple Choice Trackers, Achievement Trackers and Numerical Trackers to the survey (they will be listed in the Your Questions Library box on the left)
Scroll to the bottom and press Save
You arrive on the Survey Template page
