The best way to see the perspectives of your contacts' perspective providers, is through a Spider Plot Outcome chart. These require your survey to contain Multiple Choice questions that use Shared Lists.

Steps

1. Create Multiple Choice questions that use Shared Lists

2. Create a survey and add those questions to it

3. Follow the usual process of Creating a Survey Campaign (i.e. adding the survey to a project)

4. Send the survey to perspective providers

5. View the survey results:

   1. On Spider Plot outcome charts

   2. On Witness Bar Charts

   3. As a table of responses
