Analyse data from Multiple Choice Trackers
There are several ways to analyse data from Multiple Choice Trackers and you can do different things from different parts of the platform
Types of analysis
From a Progress Board
Distance Travelled - i.e. tracking the change in individual contacts' answers to multiple choice questions over time
Distribution over Time - i.e. tracking the change over time of answers to multiple choice questions from one or more sets of project contacts
Segment Distributions over Time using Split By - i.e. seeing how answers vary across contacts with different characteristics, e.g. seeing how answers vary for people of different ethnicities
Distribution of Answers for each Time - e.g. seeing every contact’s baseline answers to a question irrespective of when the question was answered
From the Survey Campaign page
Using the Analyse tab (or the Survey Analytics page)
Survey Summary dataset - i.e. seeing the average score for each outcome
Outcome datasets - i.e. analysing all of the questions within a single outcome, e.g. as a Spider Plot chart
Multiple Choice datasets from standard respondents - i.e. analysing answers about a contact that were collected from either the contact or a user on Makerble
Multiple Choice datasets from Perspective Providers - i.e. analysing answers from the colleagues, service team, friends or family of a contact
Using the Survey Campaign Verdicts tab
Verdicts table - i.e. calculating a score and pronouncing a verdict based on a contact’s answers to a survey
