Analyse Distribution of Answers for each Time (from a Multiple Choice Tracker)

You can see a Distribution of Answers chart for each point in time. This relates to the number of times that each contact has answered that question in the survey (or had it answered for them, e.g. by a colleague)

Choose a 'Point In Time' to analyse

Open

1. Press the 1st Time for each Contact

2. The dropdown list will show an option for each consecutive time that the question has been answered for or by a contact

3. Select the “Point in time” you want to analyse

4. The pie chart will adjust accordingly

Hide the ‘Never Tagged’ wedge and/or other wedges from the Pie Chart

Open

1. In the Key section, select the title of the wedge you want to hide

2. It becomes grey in the key and that wedge of the chart becomes hidden
