Explore the Survey Summary dataset on the Survey Analytics page
You can see the score for each outcome in your survey.
3 ways to see results
Survey Summary Charts allow you to see a contact’s performance across every outcome within a survey
Bar Chart view
X-axis shows the Outcomes within the survey
Y-axis shows the points scale (based on the priority number assigned to each Answer Choice for each question)
A different colour is assigned to each contact
Spider Plot view
Each outcome is a spoke on the Spider Chart
The concentric rings within the Spider Chart are the points scale (based on the priority number assigned to each Answer Choice for each question)
A different colour line is assigned to each contact
Table view
A row for each contact
A column for each outcome
Each cell displays the Mean Average score for that contact calculated by looking at their answers to all eligible questions within the survey based on their most recent completion of the survey or whatever date range is set using the filters.

Requirements
The Survey Summary Charts only appear once the Survey Summary chart has been turned on for that specific survey
Open the left Sidebar
Open the Impact section
Select Surveys
On the Manage Surveys page: select Analyse
You arrive on the Analyse Survey Results page
(Note, if you are only analysing a single project, you could reach the results page using this way instead: Access the Analyse Results tab of the Survey Campaign)
Press Choose lines to display
There are three options to choose from
Colleagues' Mean Average for each contact
Witnesses' Mean Average for each contact
Contacts' Mean Average for each contact
Press Select Contacts
A popup dropdown list appears that lets you choose the one or more contacts whose results you want to see
Select the contacts and press Apply
Select the way you want results to be displayed. There are three options:
Spider Chart
Bar Chart
Table
The results are displayed
