You can edit a Role-based (Personalised) Public Form.

Steps

1. Select My Apps in the top menu

2. Scroll across until you see Contact Forms in the sub menu

3. Select Contact Forms

4. You arrive on the Manage Contact Forms page

5. Select Public Forms

   Open

   

6. You arrive on the Manage Public Forms page

7. Press the Actions Menu Button next to the Role-based Public Form you want to edit

   Open

   

8. A dropdown menu appears

9. Select Edit

10. You arrive on the Edit Public Form page

11. Reload the page by pressing CTRL+R (Windows) or CMD+R (Mac)

12. Make the changes to the Public Form that you want to make and then scroll to the bottom and press Save
