You can log which referral partner referred a contact.

• You can do it yourself by following the steps described in this article

• You also have the option to automatically record who the Referrer is by setting up your Signup Pages (external referral forms) to do that for you

• You can set up automations to record your referrals

Steps

1. Go to the contact’s Profile page

2. Click the arrow to expand the History section on a Contact’s Profile Page

   Open

   

3. Two dropdown lists appear that allow you to record who provided the referral

   Open

   

    

4. Type the name into the box. The platform will search for people and organisations with similar names

5. Once you select the name, that person or organisation is saved as the Referrer of that contact into that project
