Create a multi-person Signup Page

You can create a multi-person Signup Page that captures the information of several people and then connects them automatically using relationships.

  • If you use Referrer Reporting, you can also set your Signup Page to automatically record who the referrer was.

Steps

Requirements: turn on Signup Pages in your organisation: Turn on Public Signup PagesUNDEFINED

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Contacts

  3. You arrive in the Contacts App

  4. Select More Options

  6. Select Signup Pages

  7. Click Create New Signup Page

  8. You arrive on the New Signup Page

  9. Customise your Signup Page

    1. Project: this is where the contact will be saved

    2. State: choose whether the contact is added to your project’s

      1. Waiting list

      2. Enrolled list

      3. Alumni list

      4. Declined list

    3. Contact Form: choose the form you want to display

    4. Type of Contact: choose whether these details should be saved as a

      1. Person

      2. Organisation

      3. Object

      4. Animal

  10. If you want to store the details of another person as well, click the Add Another Person button

  11. Indicate the relationship between Person A and Person B

  12. In this example we have added Person B’s details

  13. If you use Referrer Reporting you can indicate which person should be saved in the system as the referrer

  14. Press Save

  15. Now you can share the link to your Signup Page or embed it in your website

Example

How you might use it

  • you want to have a referral form that captures details of three entities:

    • The client who is being referred to your service

    • Their next of kin, e.g. their father, sister, etc

    • The referrer who is actually completing the form e.g. a professional who supports that person, e.g. their GP

  • In this scenario the

    • client would be Person A,

    • their next of kin would be Person B

    • and the referrer would be Person C.
