How to use the Survey Editor

There are several components to the Survey Editor within two sections:

Survey Description

Determines how the survey is described on Explore Surveys (only appears there if you set the survey privacy to Everyone)

Survey Colour

Determines colour of the survey on Explore Surveys (only appears there if you set the survey privacy to Everyone)

Show indicator charts

Determines whether Standard Indicator Bar Charts are displayed on the Survey Analytics page

Show stacked bar outcome charts

Turn on Outcome Analysis

Display spider plot outcome charts

Turn on Outcome Analysis

Display the Survey Summary charts

Turn on Outcome Analysis

Hide the completion data boxes

Determines whether the Survey Analytics page displays boxes that show the days of the week and times of day that surveys were completed

Owner Type

Determines whether the survey is owned by you individually as a user or by your organisation.

Introductory Message for Respondents

Determines whether an introductory message is displayed at the top of the Complete Survey page

Respondent Name field

Determines whether, if when in Anonymous Mode, there is an option for respondents to state their name. Their name will be applied to the automatically created Contact Profile record that their response is associated with.

Causes, Sub Causes, Demographic Groups

Additional tagging of the survey to support browsing of the Explore Surveys page
