You can add an introductory message to a survey that is viewed by respondents when you

• send a unique survey link to contacts

• send a unique survey link to contacts' perspective providers

• share a public link to the survey

Steps

1. Scroll down to the Advanced section on the Create/Edit Survey page

2. Open the Advanced section

3. Start typing in the Introductory message for respondents box

   Open

   

4. Scroll to the bottom and press Save
