Design the KPIs per Grant

In Tab 16.5 of the Blueprints (KPIs per Grant),

• record all of the grants you need to report on and the KPIs that are required in each case.

• Follow the steps listed on that tab to add a column for each Grants and a row for each KPI.

• By KPI we mean Outcome, Indicator, Statistic; whatever it is that you need to report on.

• Organising your grants and KPIs in this way enables us to easily spot which KPIs can be reused within the platform to simplify the production of reports.

• As we go through the onboarding process we pay attention to the KPIs that you need to report on so that your platform is designed in a way that makes reporting easier.
