• You can move a contact through various Project States such as the

  • Declined state if they are a contact for whom a particular is not suited Move a Contact to a project's Declined state

Contact Bio Forms

Projects

• You can close a project you are no longer using. Close (Archive) a project

• You can delete a project once it has been closed. Deleting a project will also delete the survey responses, stories and events associated with that project. (It will not delete the contacts within the project) Permanently delete a project

Surveys

• When you add a survey to a project it becomes an Active survey campaign

• When you’re no longer can deactivate the Survey Campaign

Deactivate & Reactivate a Survey Campaign

• If a survey was created by mistake and you no longer need it, you can permanently delete it

• Before you delete it you must first delete any survey responses associated with that survey
