Restrict access to a contact
To restrict access to a contact, go to the Contact profile page
Steps
Access the Contact Profile Page of the contact you want to restrict access to
Select the padlock icon in the top left corner of their Contact Profile Page
You arrive on the Manage Access Popup for that contact
You can remove access for groups of users based on their role on a particular project.
E.g. you can change the setting so that other Project Reporters of your project have No Access to the contact
E.g. you can override the general settings for specific users, i.e. giving yourself and a select group of users access to the contact
Press Save Changes
Make sure that you include yourself in the Override the general settings for specific users if you are removing the access you have as a result of your role as e.g. a Project Reporter

A user has one of four Access Levels to each individual beneficiary

Profile Access
Headline Access
No Access
