Give a user access to all contacts (the Vault)

You can give a user access to the Vault.

  • This means that instead of having No Access to contacts who were outside their projects, the user will now see Redacted Views of the contacts who are outside their projects.

Steps

  1. Click More in the top menu

  2. Select Control Panel

  3. You arrive on the Control Panel

  4. Scroll down to the Vault Settings button

  5. Click the button

  6. You arrive on the Vault Settings page

  7. The names of users who already have Vault Access are displayed

  8. Enter the names of additional users in the field: Add users who should be given access to anonymised contacts in the vault text box, enter the names of users to whom you want to give Redacted Access across every contact who is outside their projects.

  9. Press Save
