Assign a verdict to each range of scores
There are four parts to setting up survey verdicts.

You can add assign a Verdicts to each range of scores
Score ranges cannot overlap. E.g. you cannot have
Verdict 1 “Low Anxiety” for scores between 1 and 10 and have Verdict 2 “Mid Anxiety” for scores between 5 and 15. Verdict 2 must start at 11 or above.
Steps
Return to the Edit Survey page of the survey you want to calculate verdicts on
Switch the Verdicts toggle to Off
Then switch it back to On
Now you can scroll down to the Advanced section
Click Advanced to open that section
Within the Advanced section, scroll down to the Verdicts section
In the Verdicts section: enter the
lower and upper limit of the scoring range for each Verdict
the Verdict you want to generate when a respondent’s score falls within this range
optionally add a Description (What this means) that explains that verdict in more detail
Press Add another Verdict to repeat the process for another Verdict
Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save
You arrive on the Survey Template page
Now that the Verdicts have been added, you can add the survey to the project(s) that you want to use it on.
