Edit the wording of a field-based question in a survey

You can edit the wording of a field-based question in a survey

Steps

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Scroll across and select Fields

  3. You arrive on the Manage Fields page

  4. This page displays survey questions of the Field type, i.e.

    1. Date format questions

    2. File Upload questions

    3. Open text questions

    4. Section titles

    5. Time format questions

  5. Click the title of the survey question you want to edit

  6. The Edit Field popup appears

  7. Choose the Specific changes to specific forms (orange arrow) radio button to see a list of the surveys that this question appears in

  8. Press the arrow next to the number of surveys

  9. A table appears showing the surveys the Field is used on

  10. Find the row for the survey you want to edit the question’s wording on

  11. In that row, change the wording

  12. Press the arrow to collapse the table

  13. Press Save & Finish

  14. The popup closes

  15. That’s it
