Permissions

There are several permissions that you can grant to users, over and above the default permissions that they receive based on the role(s) they have.

Permissions are different to Privacy. Privacy Controls allow you to control individual users' access to specific projects, contacts, stories, boards, tips, collections, metrics and strategies.

How it works: permission to delete contacts can be assigned to all the users at a particular Role Level

Users with permission to create cases

From Where: Project Preferences

By Who: Project Manager or Organisation Admin

How it works: By default, Project Managers and Organisation Admins are the only users who have permission to create cases but you can grant that permission to other users in the project
