See your Colleagues' roles

You can see your colleagues' roles across every project from the Colleagues page

Steps

  1. Select More in the top menu

  2. A dropdown menu appears: select Control Panel

  3. You arrive on your organisation’s Control Panel

  4. Select the blue Colleagues button

  5. You arrive on the Colleagues page

  6. From this page you can:

    1. See the projects that each person is assigned to and their role on each project (there is a column for each project: orange box)

    2. See which users are Organisation Controlled (blue box) - which means that you have permission to

      1. Reset their password (pink arrow)

      2. Edit their profile - i.e. change their login email address, change the username associated with the account and make other changes to the user’s settings (green arrow)

      3. Enable or Disable the email notifications they receive from Makerble

    3. You can also see which account has the 2FA enabled
