How to assign roles
User Roles can be assigned from two places:
Manage Colleagues page: allows Organisation Admins to add/remove roles for each user at a Project-level and/or at the Organisation-level. The exception here is that if ‘Redacted Access' is turned 'on’, then only a Project Manager can add an existing or new users to a project from Edit Project page.
Edit Project page: allows Project Managers and Organisation Admins to add/remove roles for users for that specific project
Compare the roles
Organisation Admins have the highest role within an organisation. There is no limit on the number of users to whom you can assign the Organisation Admin role.
