Teams

Teams are designed for organisations that adopt a matrix management approach.

Your teams reflect your Org Chart while your projects bring together groups of users working on a shared deliverable.

• Users can be part of multiple Teams

• in a similar way to how contacts can be part of multiple Groups

Restrict flags to certain teams

• Flags highlight important information about a contact.

• You can optionally restrict certain flags so that they can only be added to a contact by a colleague within a particular team.

• Other colleagues outside of the team can nevertheless see the flags, they just can’t add flags of this type to a contact.

How to do it

1. In your SideMenu: select CRM → Contacts → click the cog on All Contacts → select Flags

2. Click the Actions button next to the flag you’d like to restrict → click Edit

3. On the Edit Flag page: click Advanced → turn on Restrict this flag → select the teams you’d like to restrict it to → click Save
