Request organisation-control of a user's account
You can request organisation-control of a user's account. This will allow you to change their password and administer other parts of their user account.
Steps
You must first turn on Organisation-controlled User Accounts)
Open Our Account in the left sidebar and select Colleagues
You arrive on your Colleagues page. Refresh the screen to display your table of users
You’ll see a row for every user within your organisation
In the User Account Actions column: click Request Ownership (this column only appears if you have turned on Organisation-controlled User Accounts)
The user will receive an email with a request to give you permission. Once they accept that request, you will have Organisation-control of their User Account.
