Turn on Organisation-controlled User Accounts

As an Organisation Admin, you can turn on the Organisation-controlled User Accounts setting from the Organisation Preferences page.

Steps

  1. Go to the Organisation Preferences page

  2. Tick the setting to enable Organisation-controlled User Accounts

  3. Scroll to the bottom and press Save
