Control the User Settings of your organisation-controlled users

If your organisation uses organisation-controlled users, then as a user with the Organisation Admin role, you can control the User Settings of your colleagues, for example

  • changing their password

  • turning on/off their 2 Factor Authentication

  • changing their email notification settings

How to do it

You must be an Organisation Admin to do these steps.

  1. Select More in the top menu

  2. A dropdown menu appears

  3. Select Control Panel

  4. You arrive on your organisation’s Control Panel

  5. Select Colleagues

  6. You arrive on the View Colleagues page

  7. In the User Account Actions column there are two buttons displayed next each of your organisation-controlled users

    1. Reset password

    2. Edit Profile

  8. Clicking either option will take you to the appropriate tab of the user’s Profile Settings page

  9. From there you can change the user’s settings such as:

    1. username,

    2. password,

    3. email address,

    4. email notification settings

    5. turn on/off 2 Factor Authentication or change the Phone Number that is used for 2FA

    6. and other settings as outlined in the User Settings article
