Add 360° Observers to a contact - manage who can provide a perspective on a contact's progress

You can control who is allowed to submit a 360° survey response about a particular contact.

  • This is managed from the Observers tab of that contact’s profile page.

  • An Observer is a contact with permission to fill in a 360° survey about another contact

How it works

  • Every contact has a Perspectives From tab on their profile

  • The Perspectives From tab displays the contacts who have permission to provide a perspective on how the main contact is doing

The table displays:

  • Name of each Observer

  • Email Address of each perspective provider

  • Number of times that each Observer has been invited to give their perspective about the main contact (i.e. been sent a survey)

  • Number of times that each Observer has given their perspective about the main contact (i.e. completed a survey)

  • The user can search for contacts by entering their Name, Email Address or Phone Number.

  • When the user enters a new Phone Number, the system will automatically create a new contact who is a witness and the Name and Phone Number will be their Phone Number.

Steps

  1. Access the Contact Profile Page of the main contact

  2. Select the Perspectives From tab

  3. You arrive on the Perspectives From tab

  4. From here you can

    1. See contacts who are providing their perspective on your main contact

    2. Choose additional contacts whose perspective you want (Note that Observers need to have an email address)
