Progress Filters on the Analyse tab of the Survey Campaign page

You can access a variety of filters from the Progress Filters button on either

Date Happened

Lets you filter the survey responses according to the Date the activity happened which is an optional date field that is manually completed when the survey response is entered. (Date Happened is used when people need to backdate their survey responses)

Lets you filter survey responses according to the date that the survey response was entered.

Labels

Lets you filter survey responses according to the Labels they have been tagged with

Groups

Lets you filter survey responses to only include survey responses from contacts who are in specific Contact Groups

Lets you filter survey responses to only include survey responses from contacts who have specific characteristics as shown on their Contact Profile Page Bio section (i.e. based on the fields in their Contact Forms)

Lets you filter survey responses to only include survey responses from contacts who have specific characteristics as shown on their Contact Profile Page Bio section (i.e. based on the fields in their Contact Forms - where the forms are Custom Forms for Contacts)

How to access the Progress Filters

From a Survey Campaign page (for a single project)

  1. Go to the Survey Campaign page of the survey you want to analyse on a single project or to the Survey Analytics page if you are analysing results from across several projects

  2. Select the Analyse tab

  3. You arrive on the Survey Analytics page for that Survey Campaign

  4. Press the Progress Filters button

  5. An overlay appears on the right side

  6. Press the down arrows to open up each set of filters

  7. Select the criteria you want to use to filter the survey responses

  8. Press Apply

  9. The charts on the page will update based on the criteria you have chosen

From the Survey Analytics page (for several projects)

  1. Go to the Survey Analytics page if you are analysing results from across several projects

  2. In the Surveys section: select the survey you are analysing

  3. In the Areas section: select the project(s) and/or albums you are analysing results across

  4. The survey result boxes will load

  5. Press the Progress Filters button

  6. An overlay appears on the right side

  7. Press the down arrows to open up each set of filters

  8. Select the criteria you want to use to filter the survey responses

  9. Press Apply

  10. The charts on the page will update based on the criteria you have chosen
