If multiple Contact Forms have been added to a Contact, the All Contact Forms dropdown list appears below the profile picture of that contact

Steps

1. Go to the Contact Profile Page of the contact (get there by going to My Apps > Contacts and then selecting a contact)

2. Click the All Contact Forms dropdown list

3. A dropdown list appears that shows the different Contact Forms that have been added to that contact

4. Select one of those Contact Forms

5. This causes the box to update to only display the fields that belong in that particular Contact Form

6. You can switch back to the All Contact Forms view by selecting that from the dropdown list again

7. By default, whenever the page loads, it displays the All Contact Forms view
