Design the Progress Trackers per Progress Board

On Makerble you will create a Progress Board for each funder (or each individual grant if the same funder has provided multiple grants which each have different reporting requirements).

Example of a Progress Board is below

Each card on the Progress Board displays a Progress Tracker belonging to either a single project or multiple projects. Whenever you have a card that displays progress from multiple projects, it's because those multiple projects have been grouped together into an Album. There's no limit to the number of Albums you can create.

The Progress Trackers per Progress Board onboarding template allows you to see:

  1. The full suite of Progress Trackers (KPIs) that you need to report on

  1. The Progress Boards (funders) that you want progress to be reported to

  1. The overlap, in terms of which Progress Trackers (KPIs) are reported to which Progress Boards (funders)
