See the caseloads of one or more coworkers
You can see the caseload of one or more users by going to the Cases App.
Information available
You can see the following information about each case:
Case’s Status: i.e. whether it is open or closed
Date Opened: i.e. when the case was created
Days Open: i.e. the number of days ago that the case was created (the number of days between Today and the Date Opened)
Updates Posted: i.e. the number of stories that have been tagged with that Case
Tasks To Do: i.e. the number of tasks that are (a) not yet marked as Done; and (b) tagged with that Case
Tasks Done: i.e. the number of tasks that are (a) marked as Done; and (b) tagged with that Case
Actions you can do on the Manage Cases page
Sort the Caseload by the default column titles
Toggle the Stats switch to on
This lets you see stats relating to the Cases displayed
Search for Cases by name of the case
Click a blue item to go to that content on Makerble, i.e.
to the contact’s profile page
to the case’s tab on the contact’s profile page
to the project page
to the user’s profile page
Press Filter by
This lets you filter the number of cases displayed using the Filter by button
Press Charts
This lets you access the Charts
How to access the Manage Cases page
Select My Apps in the top menu
The ribbon expands
Scroll across until you see a button called Cases (this will only appear once you have created your first Case or been added to your first Case)
Select Cases
You arrive on the Manage Cases page
This page displays all the Cases that you have permission to see
Clicking the Case Number or the Case Title takes you to the Case Profile Page (which is simply a tab for that case on the Beneficiary profile page)
