Close a case

You can close a case if you are any of the following:

  • Case Owner or Case Creator

  • Project Manager of the project the case is saved within

  • Organisation Admin

How to close a case

Some projects have Case Closing Conditions that must be met before a case can be closed. Typically these are the completion of one or more specific surveys.

  1. Go to the Case page

  2. Click the Close Case button in the Case Information Box

  3. This closes the case. The case now has “closed” appear next to its title.

Where to find Closed cases

  • On the Manage Cases page - Table view:

    • in the Status column the case appears as Closed

    • in the Date Closed column it shows the date the case was closed

  • On the Manage Cases - Charts view

    • Go to the charts that contain closed cases
