Case profile page: how to view a Case

Every case has its own tab on a contact’s profile page

  • The case tab automatically filters the stories in the Timeline so that it only displays the stories tagged to that Case

A story tagged to a Case

  • When a story is tagged to a Case, the blue label appears on the story (Orange arrow) which states the

    • Case Number

    • Case Title

  • Clicking the Case label will redirect to the Case profile page

Case-specific Progress Box on Beneficiary Profile Page

You can see the progress made towards each Progress Tracker from a specific case.

  1. Select a contact and create a Case for that contact. Create a Case

  2. Click on Actions and hover to Complete a survey.
    (Make sure you have created a survey and added a metric to that survey Creating & Editing Surveys )

  3. Click on a survey.

  4. You will be on a survey page for the contact Choose a case for which the survey has been made.

  5. Fill in the details and click Publish Now.

  6. Once, you publish it. The progress can be seen in the specific case of the section Progress on [Case Name] for which the survey was made
    Here, we created a survey for Superhero therefore, in the superhero case we can see the progress of that survey.
