I can't delete an event

If you cannot delete an event that you expect to be able to, this guide will help.

Why can’t I delete an event?

You can only delete an event if you are an Event Manager of that event.

If you are an Organisation Admin or Project Manager, you cannot delete an event unless you are an Event Manager of that event as well

How to resolve it

  • As a Project Manager of the project that owns the event you can access the Edit Event page

  • From here you can add yourself as an Event Manager of the event
