Problem

You are scheduling SMS or Email messages to be sent later but find that they are being sent immediately.

Why this happens

• When you schedule a message to be sent in the future, make sure that the Date & Time field is not left blank

  Open

  

• If it is blank, your message will be sent immediately

Solution

• Ensure you select the exact time slot you want your message to be sent at, i.e. you need to click three times:

1. to choose the date

2. to choose the hour

3. to choose the exact time
